Students and Dirty Politics

By Dr. Abid Yahya

Students are always keen to participate in games, sports, eager to view cinemas and theatres apart from taking interest in studies. It is natural that Human being increases a trend to know about the society in which they live.

The students' field is totally different from that of dirty politics. Politics is normally said to be a sanctuary of rascals. It is so much time-consuming that it is not possible for a person to pay attention to anything else.

In view of these aspects of politics, the prime study of student is to study not to take part in politics. They should not indulge in politics it will not only divert their attention but also put them on the wrong path. Politics would create a tension in their minds and they would be thinking of overcoming the other party.

Students who are affected in dirty politics have taken ammunitions in their hands and mess up the academic atmosphere through power struggle and shedding blood of one another; even they are killing each other by being influenced by immoral and immodest politicians. Ironically, the political parties blame one another for killings of commendable students. Violence and killing on or off the campuses must be stopped by correcting the so called student politics.

The main task of a student is to dedicate them self to study where as joining politics comes next. If the designs of tarnished politicians appear to be harmful or antinational, students should decline to join them. The earnings of common man should be their plan and they should take only the positive work into deliberation.
